Berkeley is a team of creative, innovative and ambitious people. Coming from all over the world, we’re constantly working on being the best solution for our clients…but we can’t do it without the right people!
We don't pretend to be anything we're not.
We know people are our most valuable asset and act like it.
We’ve seen a lot of growth at Berkeley in just the last year, and are always pushing ourselves and our team to stretch the boundaries of what they are able to achieve.
As a part of the Berkeley team, our focus is always on building a positive experience for every person that encounters Berkeley whether a client or employee.
Conduct work in an open and transparent way. Be receptive and humble to feedback, yet bold in confidence.
As we consistently strive to go beyond the status quo, we encourage and look for employees that love to expand their skills, training and expertise.
We work as a team, and celebrate as a team. Our company parties are a way to get together as a whole team and celebrate the wins.
We seek to reward hard work, and what better way than to end the week early, every Friday during the summer months at Berkeley!
Every year we have an annual Camp Berkeley retreat up to a cottage for lawn games, a barbeque and water sports.
It’s important to us that we don’t take ourselves too seriously and remember to take a break. Thirsty Thursdays are filled with drinks, snacks and games every week!
During Fun & Done days, all employees get the chance to socialize over a few rounds of a chosen game. It’s a great way to get to know your teammates.
We want to make you feel right at home the minute you join Berkeley with our swag (backpacks, tshirts, and more!)
We pre-screen all applicants using our HR software. If it looks like we’re a mutual fit, we’ll set up an in-person interview at our downtown Toronto office. There’s sometimes a small homework assignment, and if you nail that — ta da, we’ll email you an offer!
Don’t be afraid to reach out to one of us on LinkedIn and let us know why you’d love to work here!
Do some digging! There is a lot of information out there on Berkeley and the payments and FinTech spaceResearch the team. Do you know who your potential co-workers would be? We encourage you to look into the background of our current employees — the more you know, the better questions you can ask them!Think about how you incorporate our core values into your own life and work
